The powerful 350-watt motor can process just about all foods including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, nuts, fruits, breads, eggs, biscuits, legumes and even ice. While the finger-tip controls of the Maruchi Chopper are especially suited to a pulse chopping technique which ensures an even chopping result as the food is lifted and redistributed in the bowl with each pulse.
Food preparation and pulsing
Chop ingredients into 1-2cm chunks before processing
Pulse for 2-3 seconds at a time, pause for 1 second, repeat until processed.

500gms – meats, nuts and soft vegetables
400gms – Hard vegetables
150gms – Hard block cheese
120gms – Hard bread and biscuits, 8 boiled eggs
Chopping times
3 minutes – Meats, seafood, nuts, hard vegetables

Usage
Using the Maruchi Chopper is easy and convenient. Follow these steps for optimal results:
- Place the glass lid on the bowl and secure the chopper on top.
- Pulse your ingredients using the moderate or fast setting.
- Attach the anti-skid silicon ring to the bottom and use on a flat surface.
- Handle the sharp blades with care and add food after inserting them.
- If needed, adjust the chopper’s alignment for proper connection with the shaft.

Handy Hints:
- Cut food into 1-2cm chunks.
- Avoid continuous chopping of hard items that may dull the blades.
- Always use the lid and ensure the motor body is secured.
- Select button I or II based on the desired speed and quantity of food.
- For precise results, pulse by pressing I for 1-2 seconds and releasing for 1 second.
